Sheltered by umbrella pines, the beach restaurant, with its club spirit, invites you to discover a menu featuring the treasures of Mediterranean cuisine, crayfish, grilled lobster or lobster cooked on a wood fire, fresh fish straight from the sea…       Naturally dedicated to all the beneficial activities of the sun and the sea, Les Roches offers 30-minute or 60-minute treatments: Relaxing, Californian, Energising, Thai, Ayurvedic, Foot reflexology, Back treatments, heavy legs, face and neck treatments… To drain, eliminate toxins and tensions, relax, stimulate energy points, stretch, relax, unwind and quite simply recharge your batteries.   From the landing stage, sea excursions, diving, canyoning, jet skiing, Oxoon 3-seat craft, water skiing and all other marine activities. In the surrounding area there are 16 golf courses which are open to you in partnership with the hotel. Other activities include beach volleyball, quad biking, go-carting, pedalo, sailing, jet skiing, ocean kayaking, diving, fishing, parasailing, tennis… We can also provide bicycles (speak to the doorman) to explore the panoramas and views of the rocky inlets from the coastal cycle paths stretching from Les Roches to Cavalaire, the Croix Valmer… unless you prefer to take the little train from the town of Lavandou which starts from the hotel.
