In order to guarantee your reservation, please send us:
- For a 1 to 3 night stay: the amount of one night as a deposit.
- For a stay of more than 3 nights: 30% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit.
Either by credit card (No. + expiry date + cryptogram) accompanied by a debit authorisation or a cheque.
Cancellation:
The cancellation must be confirmed in writing (fax, e-mail or letter) at the latest seven days before your arrival.
In the case of later cancellation, less than seven days before your arrival at the hotel or in the case of no show at the hotel:
-For a stay of 1 to 3 nights: the entire stay will be debited, minus the deposit
-For a stay of more than 3 nights, the deposit will be kept by the property.
In the case of an early departure, the remaining nights will be invoiced to you.
Terms and conditions for children
Children under the age of six (maximum one child) may stay in their parents' room free-of-charge.
Terms and conditions for pets
Accompanying pets are accepted at the hotel at a rate of € 15 per pet.
